Your labor movement alone has a contingency plan that runs way past the November 3 election. Nearly 100 union communicators gathered on line October 22nd to review illegal maneuvers that the loser might employ after the election. Courts, the Electoral College, state legislatures, and the Congress itself could be targeted in the continuing effort to torpedo American democracy.

For now, the most important strategy is to pile up decisive electoral victories. The Dallas Council works with national and state unionists for the best possible outcome for working families. Written literature, texts, and phone calls continue our strong effort.

Labor's carefully selected candidates are listed at https://www.texasaflcio.org/dallas/labors-election-work/november-3-candidates-north-texas.

It’s Working!

Ed Sills of the Texas AFL-CIO reports that over 6 million Texans had voted as early voting reached the halfway mark. Nationally, at least 47 million Americans have already voted. Labor activists rejoice in the record turnouts, but take nothing for granted!
