The Dallas MLK March and Parade, postponed from last week, will step off at 9 AM Saturday morning, January 20, from the MLK Blvd entrance to Fair Park. Labor's contingent is number 67. Participants are to park in lot#8 by Pennsylvania Avenue. We are supposed to arrive before 8 AM. Parking passes and information may be obtained from our principal officer, Lou Luckhardt at lluckhardt.dallasaflcio@gmail.com. The march will begin and end at Fair Park Gate 6, the MLK Blvd entrance.

For well over 30 years, Dallas labor has proudly participated in this major civil rights event. For most of those years, Brother Gerardo Contreras of UAW 848 has brought his float with seats for those who can't walk that far.
