Victory Is Good For You!
On Wednesday, a unanimous Dallas City Council voted against union busting. They voted to defer a $248,000 subsidy to management at the Dallas Black Dance Theatre. Councilman Paul Ridley, a stalwart for working families, made the motion.
During the discussion, Councilman Adam Bazaldua said, “Union busting has no place in our city!”
This major political victory for labor bodes well for success in the 2024 elections.
