You Are Needed Tomorrow

Headline from CBS News: “Musk calls for U.S. to ‘delete entire agencies’"
Your Presence is Necessary
Tomorrow’s street protest is a step toward resisting an unprecedented attack against American life.
- Rally for “No Cuts”
- 2PM Saturday, February 15
- Civic Garden Park, across from the Federal Building
- 1100 Commerce, downtown Dallas
- Parking lot just across the street
While Congress considers cutting services to the bone and a gigantic tax giveaway, we will hear from U.S. congresspersons, public sector union presidents, private sector union presidents, and the state president of retirees. Our message is directed toward the Musk/Trump conspiracy against workers and the hundreds of millions of Americans who depend on their services. Together, we say "No Cuts!"

The American people may not have yet realized what is happening. But if Musk and Trump succeed, there will be great suffering. Our purpose is to warn and unite to preserve American life. You are greatly needed.
Protests Are Popping Up Everywhere
Hardly anyone could attend all of the activities listed below, and there are some overlaps. It would be far better if all the American people were united against the assault against us by the billionaire class, but that is not where we are yet.
We have many different organizations addressing many different problems with many different remedies. Thankfully, many Americans are moving into action. Let us not disparage one another and, instead, do whatever we can to build the great progressive coalition with labor at its core that America so desperately needs.
Elections Matter
Our February 15 “No Cuts” rally takes place on the day after local candidates have submitted their filings. It will be a good opportunity to meet some of the best ones. Labor’s critical endorsement process is already being planned out and will be followed by an all-out effort to put working families at the top of every candidates’ agenda.
