Austin’s Central Labor Council is thrilled to invite you to our most anticipated event of the year: the Labor Day Fish Fry! This spectacular celebration of Unions, community, and delicious food will be the best way to close out your summer.

Join us on Friday August 30th for an afternoon filled with fun, family-friendly activities, and fantastic food, all while supporting the voices of working families in Austin. This annual tradition is more than just a fish fry—it's a vibrant celebration of solidarity and the community spirit of our local labor movement.

Union Power: Join us to come together to celebrate our collective Union power and our wins so far this year!

Mouthwatering Delights: Feast on the best fish in town provided by our friends at The Real New Orleans Style Restaurant, with delectable veggie and vegan options available to satisfy every palate. And let’s not forget our refreshing beer selections from our friends at the Texas Beer Company—yes, we’ve got more beer than you can imagine!

Fun for the Kids: Bring your little ones to enjoy our getting their face painted by our talented face painters, and cool down with delicious snow cones and other treats.
