Now our earned retirement benefits are under attack. Thousands of workers who make Social Security function have been fired, and offices across the country have been closed.
Now, Trump’s billionaire Treasury Secretary has revealed a “back door” plan to privatize Social Security. And it is no coincidence that Trump ordered Abbott to add 5 more GOP House seats by drawing gerrymandered maps before the 2026 elections. He knows the American people will not allow Social Security to be privatized in a fair election and that they don’t support his cuts to Medicaid, Medicare, and food assistance.
