*Please do not purchase a full table if you will not fill all eight seats. In order to purchase a table, fill out the attached order form and email to: epclulabordaybreakfast@gmail.com with your name or organization's name and whether you want a half or full table (this name will be on the table sign). You will receive a confirmation by email. Please do not mail a check until a confirmation email is received. Send an email to the above address if you wish to pay by credit card.
