FUND TEXAS FOREVER and LiUNA Local 1095 are coming together to support flood-impacted families as they rebuild their homes that were damaged and destroyed by the July 5th floods. There will be various projects available for volunteers of different skill levels.
In addition to manual labor, less physically intensive support is also needed to make this day possible! You can sign up to volunteer with tasks like signing up folks at the check-in desk and greeting volunteers. If you can't make it to Sandy Creek, you can join in phone banking efforts to make calls and invite folks to this event.
As a special bonus, all volunteers will receive a free pair of work boots donated by Thorogood Boots.
